Student accommodation in loughborough

Whilst at Loughborough University studying for my degree I was living in 84 Leopold Street, a grotty 3 Bed student house which must have hit its peak back in the 1960’s. The standard of rented accommodation was quite frankly, appalling. I soon realised that as a student paying a large percentage of my money each week on rent the standards should be much better then what I was getting. Having completed both my Degree’s and Masters at Loughborough, I had a 1st hand experience of what student housing should be about in terms of the standard of living and the service provided. From this, Top Lets was born in 2002 from an idea that student houses should no longer be dirty, dingy, rotten old houses that have been furnished with your grandparents left over furniture.
