Florin Tulcan, President and Owner

Hi! I’m Florin Tulcan, a Master Carpenter and President at Buildem Inc. of San Diego & Oceanside. Nearing twenty years of hands-on experience in nearly every phase of the construction industry. I currently personally manage each project from beginning to end. From the first meeting to assisting with architectural designs if needed and ultimately building the project. You will be dealing directly with me, I will be available to answer any questions and address your concerns. Florin Tulcan Owner and President at Builtem Inc. began his career in the construction industry in 1995 as a laborer in Aspen CO. spending the majority of his career working on custom homes of sizes ranging from 5,000 to an astonishing 25,000 s/f. Florin moved to San Diego in 2007. Since, has had hands-on experience in remodeling residential, commercial, and government projects such as schools. Currently is personally involved in every phase of every project and takes much pride in maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
