I'm Matt Rojo, a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 17 years of experience helping couples and individuals in downtown Walnut Creek. My approach is structured and measured: we set real goals together, track progress against them, and you'll know whether therapy is working. I provide Gottman-informed couples therapy, EMDR for anxiety, panic, and trauma, and therapy for adult ADHD and burnout. All sessions are offered in person in my downtown office — there's something about being in the room together that a screen doesn't quite match.
