DARIN WELLS OWNER In 1993 I received my real estate license from the California Bureau of Real Estate. Soon after I started my career in real estate as well as flipping houses. The first house I purchased to flip was in Long Beach, California. I completed all the work myself and made over $26,000 in less then 90 days. Along with real estate and flipping houses, I built a strong rehab and construction business that I have had for over 20 years. I began to focus primarily on foundation when I noticed a good majority of homes needed extensive foundation repairs. Through the years we have completed over a 100 foundation repair projects. The demand became so high and our reputation was so good that other investors started to request my help on their foundation projects. In 2010, I made the decision to repair foundations full time. I received my contractor license and the business continued to grow from there. I have now completed 100’s of jobs varying from earthquake retrofitting to huge retaining walls. I’m dedicated to offering top quality work at a reasonable price while building long lasting relationships with my clients.
