Create Recovery Center is a boutique outpatient treatment program catering to mental health, dual-diagnosis and substance abuse addiction in West Los Angeles. Our unique drug addiction treatment program offers multiple levels of care, including a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and an Outpatient Program (OP). Our clinical team utilizes an evidence-based approach implementing case management, group therapy, individual therapy and life skills training to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care at all levels of treatment.
